RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your Oremicraft order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or purchased via direct contact with us via phone/WhatsApp.
You are responsible for securely returning the unwanted product to us.
You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@oremicraft.com and include “Query about returns policy” in the subject line.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you, and you want to return or exchange.
If your item(s) were either purchased from our website (oremicraft.com) or via direct contact with us and are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days.
Please note you are responsible for securely returning the unwanted product to us.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Taxes and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.
- Personalised items can't be returned.
- Specially commissioned items can’t be returned.
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- We are currently unable to process combined returns, so returns from different orders must be sent separately.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-5 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
GOOD TO KNOW...
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the returned item. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned directly to the store where they were bought.
